The previous edition of the Katherine Town Council Guidelines for Subdivisions in the Katherine Municipality has been updated and is now known as the Katherine Town Council Development Guidelines. Prospective developers are advised that this document is applicable for both urban and rural subdivision developments, to view the guidelines click on the link below:

Hard copies of specifications for tenders may be collected at Customer Services at the Civic Centre, Stuart Highway Katherine. Requests for electronic copies or any other enquiries should be referred to Council’s Works Department on 08 8972 5500 or via email records@ktc.nt.gov.au.

Tenders should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and marked for the attention of the Works Manager, unless otherwise stated.

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the contract number clearly marked and must reach Council’s offices for placement in the tender box prior to the prescribed closing time.
