Salsa & Sangria Night Katherine Museum, 7.00pm
- Come and enjoy some sexy salsa beats in the magical museum grounds. Katherine Country Music Muster Lindsay Street Complex, 3.00pm
- For one night only we bring you rising stars along with already established country music performers who will be proudly supported by our own local NT talent. Adults (18 years and over) $25; Family (of 4) $50; Aged Pensioners and Students (13-17yrs) $15; Children 12yrs and under free (must be accompanied by an adult).
Sunday 11 August
Teddy Bears Picnic Katherine Museum, 12.00 noon
- The event collaborates a group of like minded people for a kids morning of fun and entertainment. Face painting, sausage sizzle, quilt airing, games, craft activities and other entertainment. Run in conjunction with the Fishing Competition.
Fishing Competition Katherine Museum, 12.00 noon
- The fishing competition is run over the weekend and concludes with the weigh in at the Katherine Museum. Prizes will be given out in three age age groups for the best fish in the categories of: Barramundi, Black Bream and Fork-Tail Catfish. Weigh in is proudly supported by the Katherine Game Fishing Club. - Open to all Katherine ladies for a wine tasting event with a Sommelier to provide expert advice. Light refreshments will be served with entertainment from a guest speaker. Card Making Workshop CWA Hall, 1.00pm
- Ever wanted to try your hand at card making? Then why not join us for an afternoon of fun with talanted card maker Dani Wrigglesworth. We'll be making cards for fathers day so please bring the kids along to join in. The cost to participate is $5 for members and children, $10 for non-members - all welcome. Me 'n Me Mates Katherine Country Club
